We recognize that each service is distinctive and profoundly personal and as a celebrant, it is my role to work with you to create the service you want for your loved one.

Cremations are typically conducted at the crematorium's onsite chapel followed by the committal.

A Cremation Service may incorporate religious or spiritual elements or be completely a non-religious service.

The service can include music that is special to your loved one or a piece of music that reflects their personality or life.  You can also choose a favourite hymn if you want a more religious ceremony.

The Celebrant can conduct the whole ceremony, reading out the eulogy, prayers and readings or you may want to involve family and friends to do a reading, say a poem or recount a favourite story about your loved one.

Arranging the service

An initial meeting is arranged with the family to find out about what the type of service you would like.

Finding out about your loved one is so important to make the service individual.  What were they like?  What journey did their life take?  Who were their parents, children, relatives and friends?  Where did they work?

Including stories and important events in their life means I can personalise the service as much as possible to reflect the individuality of your loved one.

As a celebrant I can put the eulogy together, suggest poems and music and send it for your approval or you may want to write the eulogy yourself, tell me what music you would like, special reading or poem you want and who else would like to say a few words at the service.

I am here to support you to deliver the best service for your loved one.
